Getsome of that glitter that is also glue and spread it our really thin, it will make it look glazed or something too.

I second the idea of glitter glue rather than using loose glitter and trying to adhere it on. The mixture is really easy to use and comes in pre-mixed containers with a tiny spout so you can put it right where you need it. So far, I’ve used it on all sorts of different materials, and if you let it dry over night it should be fine.

They make glitter glue pens, but for your purpose, it would probably be better to use the small bottles like these so that you can hover over the photo and squeeze out the glitter glue onto the photo and not have to touch or press down on the photo, which might crease or dent it.

I agree that glitter glue would look nice on the photo, but I suspect that cheaper glitter glues might peel off. Glitter glue normally seeps into the paper when it dries, and photo paper might prevent that from happening.

If you want to go ahead and apply loose glitter to the picture, I suggest using a strong craft glue such as Tacky Glue. I would apply this in a thin but slightly raised line, and sprinkle the glitter lightly over it so that you get a subtle effect.

Here’s another otion: a can of glitter spray glue. Try searching this site, or other sites like it, and see if they offer a color of glitter you like. I expect most craft stores would carry such items.
