That depends on the exact mechanics of the travel. Is this Prince of Persia time travel, or Back to the Future time travel? Will there be previous iterations of myself? Can I retain information? Can I go forwards and backwards? Are we adjusting the exit coordinates to account for the Earth’s movement through space, or will my first jump also be my last?
It would make my day a lot easier, or else it would drive me nuts. I could sleep in an extra hour or more and jump back to arrive on time for work. Then I could jump back and forth around my shift and give myself a hand when the rush hits. I could take all of my breaks. I could execute several jumps in succession at the end of my shift and have the day off.
I could hire myself out to time-sensitive endeavors, delivering things (medicine, documents, important information, etc.) that would otherwise have arrived too late.
I could troll security personnel by leaving places before I entered.
I would say and do things that would otherwise have potentially unwanted consequences. If the outcome is favorable, I stay. If not, I pop back an hour and it’s like it never happened.
