Highly unlikely. But, setting such goals are not nonsensical, because even if it is apparent that you will not be able to meet the deadline, the presence of the deadline itself gives motivation and focus on the goal. Without a set date, you would just be drifting along.
That would be wonderful! Like @Dutchess_lll, I wished for it a decade ago and wish it was here right now too in order to save my grandma’s husband who is already in moderate dementia. I’m hoping my mother can head it off and be a candidate for some sort of treatment or cure.
