I am looking for someone who actually normally cooks with it.
I simply throw it into pots of soup that I make and let it simmer for whatever time the soup takes. It’s hard to damage and is a nutritious grain.
You can cook it following any set of directions and add it, cold, into salads.
Or into hot cereal or scrambled eggs, stews, chili…you get the point.
Eventually it gets mushy right?
