I ate so much food at my cousin’s 4th of July party yesterday, that I’m surprised I can even think about food. He and his wife actually fed us for lunch and then later for dinner. For lunch they actually made homemade pizzas (about 10 different varieties) and cooked them on the barbecue grill! Later they made fajitas on the barbecue. One of my cousin’s brought a garlic/lime quinoa salad that I’m itching to get the recipe for : )
