Does anyone have any ideas for experiments I can do involving Food Chemistry (proteins, carbs, fats)?

I need to do an EEI (Extended experimental investigation) on something to do with Food Chemistry. Any ideas of what I can find out? (Carbs, proteins, lipids) Like browning of fruits, fat content of chips, etc but including those examples?

Which sours faster and why? whole milk, 2/10 milk or skim milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk. What are the different results with each, used to make a packaged cake mix or pudding.?
