I did it recently after using the chain saw and getting wood chips all over me, down my shirt and into my undies. I took off all my clothes so I could shake them out before putting them in the washing machine. There was nothing erotic or freeing about it. Boring. :-(

My partner lives on the lake. It was late on a warm summer’s night and I stripped down/full monty and walked along the beach with her. What a liberating feeling.

Been skinny dipping, but that was back in my teens, more recently was when the wife & I indulged in a spot of alfresco humping, I kept my socks on though…we are english after all old bean.

My boyfriend have been skinny dipping a couple of times. I love the feeling of being naked outside, it’s freeing!

All the time in the summers, for years and years up until my move a few months ago. I miss my secluded deck and hot tub and lounging around naked under the stars on summer nights. Now I am back in a living situation where I have to remember to close my bedroom door and wear PJ’s in the morning. Pffft! I hate it!

Always during the summer when my ex- and I had a camp on Lake Placid, accessible only by boat.\. i used to go skinny-dipping just before bed every warm or warmish night. Sadly, the place (and the husband) are just a memory.

I can dress or undress any way I like here, since the only voyeurs are the deer, foxes, squirrels and chipmunks.

I’ve never been especially comfortable in my bare skin, but I’ve gone naked at a number of drum ceremonies because everybody else did.

Never. Probably never will. I’m barely comfortable walking from my bedroom to my laundry room naked when I’m home alone. I find it awkward, not freeing.

Nothing wrong with being comfortable naked…I’m just not. And never have been.

This morning. I went for a quick dip after a morning walk. Very cooling and refreshing.

I don’t think I’ve ever been fully naked outside. Plenty of times I’ve been half-naked, though, for some outside sexcapades.

Just to name a few: I’ve been to a naturist bed and breakfast in Vermont and a nudist resort in West Virginia. I went naked on the beach below the red clay Aquinnah Cliffs on Martha’s Vineyard.

Well, I’ve been on a secluded beach naked, but it was only for a short time because I was changing into something else. That was not the best because even though it was empty, I really felt someone was going to come out there at any time.

Another time I was in the middle of the woods naked with another person—that was awesome, because I was so certain we were in a completely secluded area. You just go a few yards off the trail and find yourself in a thicket of trees where you have no view of anything for more than a few feet in front of you on all sides…and then you get nude :)

Isn’t it odd that I, a conservative, am much more open and free about my body and nudity than the liberals? You guys should loosen up. Don’t tell anybody, but my husband and I made love in our community pool not too long ago. I love to swim naked.

My husband and I were the only off-season occupants remaining after the weekend at a 15-unit guest-cottage resort in the mountains. It was a balmy May evening, quite late, and we had just been…relaxing together. Afterward I walked outside wrapped in nothing but a blanket and stood under the redwoods on the high bank above the river.

The moon was full and bright. On impulse I dropped the blanket and spun around with arms outstretched to feel the moonlight on my skin in the cool night air. It was delicious. The memory still sparkles with a halo of magic dust.

This was only about 10 years ago.

Once mad love behind a sand dune with only wild grasses and the sand and the ocean in view. Interesting. Kind of exciting, but I don’t recommend it. Sand is too invasive and sand papery on tender tissues.
Skinny dipping in a pool is lovely.

@Sunny2 I understamd completely. Growing up in Corpus Christi with Padre Island as our “playground” we had a saying: Sand gets into “everything”.

We used to skinny dip often before we went to bed at night. We just put in a pool at Christmas so I suspect there’ll be more skinny dipping in the years to come.

@Sunny2 We were young, and immortal and had an ocean full of water to work with or in.

I often sail naked. Sometimes my guests insist on true bareboating. Clothing is always optional on my vessel. Why wear clothes when you don’t have to?
