I like mine a few different ways. First I want to mention I don’t like a very thick or spicy sauce or when it is too acidic.
Plain pizza, which in my workd means red sauce and mozzarella.
Sauce, mozzarella, sausage, mushroom, and green pepper. The sausage can not be that crumbly kind, it needs to be good mild Italian sausage sliced the long way.
no sauce, mozzarella, chicken, potato.
Cheese, and eggpant with or without sauce.
No cheese, sauce, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms.
Fresh tomatoes very salted, small amount of mozzarella, fresh basil.
Sometimes I sprinkle a little hot dried pepper on top after baking, depending on my mood.
