Horrible up here in the Sierra foothills, sandwiched between both fires this last week. Today is horrible! Hows the smoke for you other NorCal peeps?

I haven’t noticed much in the Bay Area, but I’m going to be going to Sacramento tomorrow and I know that the smoke often gathers in the valley. I really hope Yosemite Valley isn’t threatened…

Clear blue sky here today in Santa Clara Valley.

Lucky guys, I am sandwiched here with the Rim fire near Yosemite and the fire in Tahoe natl. forest about 40 miles over the hills here.
Horrible air quality, went walking like a fool this afternoon and just about didn’t make it up the hill. haha

My daughter works in Auburn, and she says it’s been horrible.

@GoldieAV16 Yes, I am about 30 miles from Auburn in Placerville. Only getting worse. The Rim fire now has crossed int Yosemite with no containment in sight. Only going to get worse until it gets better. Auburn is getting the smoke from the Tahoe natl. forest fire as we are as well.
