Is there a word for "changing your opinions when you're older"?

“Great Question” (3points)

For example, when we’re younger we tend to be very aggressive in our opinions and as we age it tends to dissipate, we see things as more of a grey area than black and white.

Is there a word for that?

Some people call it the wisdom of old age. Perspective is what causes the change. You’ve been through much more than when you were young. It influences your thinking.
