I’m looking for something that will probably last 1 year until I take blending and juicing with a serious blender maybe holiday 2014 (I’ll put one of those bad boys on my wish list!)

But for now I need something that when I wake up I can go over to the kitchen, chop some fruit/veggies blend it and drink it.

Daughter had a Ninja Master Prep Professional QB1004, cost under $75. She replaced that after a few months with a Vitamix. She make 3 out of the five meals she has with the Vitamix
Ninja still works.

I totally LOL’d with this video review on Amazon. Some blender review here

This Hamilton Beach blender is the cheapest one I purchased. Although I bought it because it could function as a blender and as a chopper, I haven’t used the chopping feature at all. It works just fine, but does struggle a bit when I use a lot of frozen goods and can be cumbersome to clean.

I got a Cuisinart Variable Speed Stick Blender with the whipping attachment and the cup (but not the food processor pod container) for $19.99 at Costco. I’m loving it!

Osterizer ten speed with attacheable go cup specifically for smoothies on the go. $20 I think.
