Just include some excellent and very good sources of vitamin E into your diet. Some good sources are mustard greens, chard, sunflower seeds, broccoli, olives, Peanut butter, Wheat germ, avocado, kale, almonds and papaya.
@Rarebear I do agree excesses of all nutrients can potentially cause toxicities. But I guess there won’t be any harm if we consume them in the proper amounts.
