Is it a bad omen to find a dead cardinal in your yard?

I have Cardinals are supposed to be a good sign, or more specifically a sign from the a loved one that has passed…but a dead one in the yard? :0

No, it is a good omen. One less paedo cathy in the world.

No.

However, it is a bad omen if you are working in a mine, huffing gas in a small, poorly ventilated area, or being framed for a spree of serial cardinal killings.

I found a full sized dead owl on my lawn a couple months back.

I am still trying to figure out if that was an omen.

It is simply a dead bird, there are no such things as omens, only in backwoods mythology.

It’s bad luck only for the cardinal. They all die eventually, you know.
