Ok, so I guess you mean Colombia South America. There is a ferry service (unless it has been discontinued) from Colombia to Panama. From Panama you can drive up through central America into Mexico and cross the border to the US. The Pan-American highway runs through Central America. In fact the highway basically runs in US (we have designated oart of our interstate system as part of the Pan American highway system) through South America with the only missing gap being the small gap between Colombia and Panama. There is an absence of road between Colombia and Panama (unless something has changed that I don’t know about, which is possible) so the ferry would be the best route, it is a passenger and car ferry. Between the two countries it is basically jungle, and I think some people do drive it in utility type vehicles, but I assume it is very difficult and slow going for that part of the trip.
That’s what I know on the topic, but you should research it more, don’t rely on my information.
