You could make small, conical-shaped hates, the size of kitty ears.

This looks like a really easy pattern.

Forewarning: I’ve never used a circle loom, but this looks really straightforward. Basically, knit a tube, then close up one end, and stitch the corners. Badabing – kitty hat.
