No. The Q are type VI civilization. The profits are not and are not immune . But thanks for the clever question. The tears of the profit could be used to affect the profits.

The Q would be immune. The Bajoran prophets… that’s a good question. Maybe they’d be protected from its effects. Maybe they’d be affected and retain some kind of ghost image of the alternate timeline.
