Maybe.
I hate that we may have to deal with the Middle East and North Korea at the same time.
But I think its time we fully recognize Israel with Jerusalem as its capitol. There will always be those who feel the land belongs to the nomadic Muslim groups that now identify with Palestine, and maybe Trump will lose the momentum he gained with some Middle Eastern leaders where no other administrations could.. But the conflict is never ceasing, and Israel has a right to exist, and Jerusalem is its rightful capitol, and the most ancient and indigenous people there are the Jews.
Where else do the Jews have to go? What other Middle Eastern nation welcomes them? Jerusalem is the very heart of Judaism—the faith and people who established it. And Judaism is the root of modern Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and half-a-dozen more obscure sects born in the region
The Jews will keep the Holy Land, sacred to three major religions and invaluable to the sciences which study ancient civilizations—free and open to everyone. The Muslim nations have never valued our interest in ancient artifacts and cultures, nor other religions’ right to exist. Jerusalem belongs to Israel and is already serving as the political and cultural capitol, even though it has been officially Tel Aviv since its modern re-establishment.
There has never been peace in the middle east, never will be in natural times, and establishing Jerusalem as its capitol will always be disputed even if the U.N. were to recognize it as such,
