Well, teeeeeeeechnically, an abduction counts as a contact.
If the question was, which is more likely to be nuts, then it is clearly the “contactees”, because why would we contact some random arsehole out in the wasteland, whom we know no one would believe anyway?

From what I hear, there are many ETs making psychic contacts, which would far outweigh any abductees.

basic logic dictates that all abductees are perforce contactees, whereas only a percentage of contactees wind up abducted.
