I love sublingual melatonin but lately it’s not working as well for me for some reason. What pills can I buy that make a person sleep great that you can buy at the drugstore?

Some people swear by valerian root, by I have not tried it.

Aster, I use a Benydryl knock off. Rex all Allergy Relief.

Valerian didn’t do anything for me.

@Dutchess_III should I take one or two Benadryl ?

@Aster Like @Dutchess_III says I take OTC Benadryl. (diphenhydramine generic)

I sometimes take Benadryl (generic). It works great. I take it with a little water and cracker or two. Then I brush my teeth and get ready for bed. By the time I’m finished it is in my system and I’m ready to fall asleep quickly.

How many pills do you guys take? One or two?

Dutchess_III's avatar

It’s Rexall Allergey relief.

@Aster The tablets I have are 25mg. I take one. Get mine at Costco for 5 or 6 dollars for 600.

I only take one. That’s all I need.
