Are psychotherapists (not to be confused with Psycho, the rapist), the replacement of medieval church torturers trying to “correct” heretics?

Perhaps, but sadly I think we’re in a time when paid lobbyists, PR agents, and propagandists (masquerading as journalists) employed by multi-billion dollar corporations are the replacement for actual scientists.

If only…

In my school experience I had several teachers in science class through the years, but only one of them understood science.
