Before my Mom passed, she saw & spoke with her Mother & Daddy & her favorite Aunt. She had full fledged conversations with them for great lengths of time. She assured me that she was going to be OK & that I shouldn’t be sad because she was going to get to go home.
In the weeks before my Dad passed, he spoke with my Mother a lot!!! He had Cancer & was in Hospice.I sat with him daily. Every day in the afternoon his eyes would follow something around the room & he would start babbling something that I couldn’t understand. Shortly after that, he would speak clearly with my Mother. He would tell her how much he missed her, how much he loved her, & how happy he was that they were going to be back together soon.
I sat with many a dying family member over my lifetime & NONE ever saw the Grim Reaper; but many saw beloved family members who had passed before them.
There are some interesting Tedx conference vids on YouTube concerning those who died & came back & some of Hospice workers who have watched death play out daily. One in particular by Martha Atkins I found to be interesting considering the things I had seen as my loved ones laid dying. She’s a Hospice worker & has a unique perspective on death.
