This question is unanswerable. There are too many variables.

200ml, at minimum.

3–5 second chugg.

So, 200 ml would be 6 fl oz. That’s small, but is that what people think of when they say or told, ” drink x number glasses of water etc. ...”? Or if they are saying I only drink x number of alcohol”?

Usually they are referring to a common serving size such as 8 oz glass of milk, 12 oz (or pint) beer, 5 oz wine, 1.5 oz whisky as served in public places.

A “drink” is considered:

1½ oz. of hard liquor
6 oz. of wine
12 oz. of beer.

When a doctor says “one or two drinks per day” those are the amounts they are referring to.

A glass of milk or water is 8 to 10 oz.s a glass of juice is 6 to 8 oz.

In America it’s often a 16oz glass if the drink doesn’t have alcohol, because most Americans I know load up their drinks with ice. The actual liquid is less. Squeezed juice is usually 8oz or less.

As far as alcohol, it depends on the drink, and depends on the person.

@zenvelo I think wine is 5oz typically. Not that it can’t be 6.

What about one glass of whatever, excluding alcoholic drinks?

@flo it depends on what the whatever is.

See my answer above.

@zenvelo Ok, how about all the other drinks other than alcohol, and milk or water?

…Juice is mentioned too, I see. All the other drinks in the world, (other than juice, water, milk, and alcoholic drinks.)
