If you have not seen any of them, then ask yourself “why waste my time answering?” :D

I’ve seen one.
A very old one.
I liked that one.
I would make things up if I said I remembered who played who though.

And yeah, don’t bother answering if you haven’t seen it…~

The Star Trek episode “Space Seed”.

I’ve only seen one- The one with Marlon Brando. I really liked the way the island girl played it.

The “very old one” will most likely be the Charles Laughton/Clark Gable film.

@josie Brando played opposite Trevor Howard in that version, my second rated one out of the three & yeah…the girl ;-}

I read somewhere that people didn’t like how Brando played the guy as a sort of metrosexual, but I didn’t think it was so bad.

Yeah he got some stick for that, unfairly I thought.
He played the guy how he saw him, an old school fancy Dan type!

I have not seen any but I’d probably watch Errol Flynn’s portrayal of F.C. if anything.
He was a handsome devil.

@lucillelucillelucille I forgot about that version with Flynn, thought there were just the three films…ah well, you live & learn.

As for me, The Bounty is by far my favourite one.
Mel Gibson & Anthony Hopkins are fantastic in it, backed up by a fine cast including Daniel Day Lewis & Bernard Hill.
Cracking soundtrack too…oh & topless native islanders as well :D

The Brando one, by far.

Gibson’s – just wasn’t believable. And Gibson is a piece of shit personally, which affected how I saw him in that role.
