“Great Question” (2points)

Like three fingers means “have to pee”, two ” am choking” and the whole hand “Ouchy that hurts”?

I usually just do a muffled scream.

The dentist isn’t looking at your hand. She is looking in your mouth. Why not make a sound like most people do?

Nope, I talk to my dentist so they KNOW what I’m saying!!!

The expression Ow! can easily be made even when somebody’s hand is in your mouth.

@zenvelo The sign-language works for me. Just wanted to share with the collective.

No, but when I talk to mathematicians, I use sine language.

@zenvelo – Canadians are taught not to speak unless spoken to.

Like your “marines”?

I suppose I’d raise my hand if I needed something.
I like my dentist very much. She cracks me up :)

I drown at the dentist, all that water chokes the shit out of my throat.
She threw me a rubber ring one time & I gave her the scuba ok sign.

Up until a few years ago I used the same dentist I did 20 years ago. I found him through a ad in the yellow pages. Half the ad was just big text that said, “We Cater to Cowards”. Bingo, I was terrified of the dentist.

A was he right. I like drugs, and he has drugs. So much gas I barely noticed them doing anything. iPod, closed eyes, and gas.. Fuck if I cared what was going on in there.

But one time they went a little hard and I had to point at the gas thing over my nose and then give a thumbs down. He said something like, “Are we getting you too high?”. And then he turned it down.
