Is it to trick clients? Fruit is healthy so it would help my skin? Right?

Humor welcome.

Never touch the stuff.

It’s a scam to make the product sound all natural which sounds MORE healthy!!!

@Nomore_lockout. Do you have wrinkles?

The idea is that “natural” ingredients will be better for your hair and skin than “chemicals”.

it’s the cosmetic version of a paleo diet, only use what was available to the ancients (who were so well known for their beauty).

@chyna Of course I do, I’m an old fart. So what? I’m not looking to win any Mr. Handsome contest. Anyway I was just messing with @RedDeerGuy1. No offence was intended.

Any marketing and promotional scam might appeal to buyers and increase sales.

All toiletries and cosmetics are loaded with stabilizing chemicals. If not, they’d have short freshness lives, much like food, and need to be refrigerated. But, listing an ingredient, such as papaya or pineapple, makes a product sound more “natural.”

I haven’t noticed that.
As far as I’m concerned any beauty product with petroleum oil as a base is fine with me.
