Have you been surprised how masking has focused your attention on people’s eyes?
It hit me yesterday. I leave the house perhaps once a week now, and on these excursions find myself fascinated by the beauty and variety of expression in so many pairs of eyes. It’s sort of a revelation that when deprived of facial expression, eyes themselves giggle and dance as well as scold and boss you around. Maybe it’s good to be deprived of people for a while, thereby appreciating the wonder of them when you come across them.
