Our yearly electric bill in the PNW is $2,400. We have no gas. We have a heat pump and we maintain a small heated indoor pool (7’ X 14’ X 4’). In the winter the pool room is the warmest room in the house.
I am not sure as I don’t really pay attention to it. I get the paper bill in the mail but the payment itself comes out of my bank account. I am going to log on later but I have to first set up an account online and I need my account number. I know in the winter, or the heat of summer, it has been as high as 200 a month, and in mild weather it is minimal.
$2,000 per year, give or take. I’m all electric heat pump and air. At least I was until 2 weeks ago when I had gas logs installed in the fireplace. So it will be interesting to see how that changes my electric bill, and I’ll now have a gas bill.
About $2,500 – $2,700 USD. The largest percentage is due to the computer equipment. Next in line is that we refuse to be hot in our own home, so our air conditioning gets a workout.
On the other hand, our natural gas bills are about $600 USD a year.
