I was told to avoid soft cheese.
Please may you list some hard cheeses
Cheddar, Swiss, Emmenthaler, Gouda, Cheshire, Wensleydale, Monterey Jack
Parmigiano Reggiano is so hard you have to grate it.
Parmezan
Not sure if Fontina counts, but it’s damn good.
French Comté or cave cheese
Gorgonzola
Asiago
Grana Padano (another grating cheese)
Romano cheese is hard. You need to grate it. It is a nice substitute for Parmesan.
Avoid cheese.
