There is, you need a great big domed lid. Also known as a Griddle dome. A cast iron lid from an oval roaster would be best but you can get stainless griddle domes at Walmart for like ten bucks.

No it is an aluminum box with temp gauge in front door. You put it on top of the heat source, no gas or propane required.

I remember having brownies baked on a camping trip with a box like that. That would a long time ago.

I would just buy a little cheap toaster oven. You can bake or broil in them.

But we’d have a lot of uses for the oven when we camp. My son camps too.

You can make biscuits on the stove. Many things that you bake you can also make on the stove. Covering the food helps create the environment of the oven by having heat all around the food, but it holds in moisture, so you need to get used to doing oven baked on the stove. There are recipes for stove top breads, pizzas, roasts, etc.

The stove top oven looks really good.

I love my toaster oven, a jelly mentioned a toaster oven above. I bake and broil almost everything in it rather than turning on the oven. When I buy a toaster oven I make sure a pizza and a square pan can fit. If you decide to ever by a toaster oven just remember the top element is very close to the food.

My husband bought a combo air fryer, convection oven, and microwave. He bakes in the appliance. It was $100.
