I think after 2017 it was noticed and reported more in regular offices due to the movement. Prior to that, women who dealt with that issue were often treated poorly, or as liars. I was put on an HRA call and still had to work with the man.

Sorry for taking this long, I didn’t know quite know how to answer, because I didn’t know if the cases where the women which are part of the Me Too movement might be considered when they’re not celebrities to begin with. Imho, I heard about famous cases that got me interested in Me Too movement, like Amber Heard vs Johnny Depp, or against Harvey Weinstein, but not about less famous ones. The vast majority of people have a daily life to attend to, and honestly don’t participate actively in this type of movement.

In short, what I said will probably be offensive to many, and I had to decide whether to say these things at the cost of being criticized for having controversial opinions.
