Wow.

The total of all the numbers is 12 and there are two 12s in there. The remaining two numbers are both 3 which totals to 6. Half of 12.

Only because of your irrational insistence on using MDY, instead of the correct DMY/YMD.
It is about as “meaningful” as star constellations, which are just pareidolia-based shapes interpreted into 2-dimensional projections of arbitarily picked stars, that are not even close to each other in 3D space, on an imaginary 2D plane seen from an anthropocentric vantage point.
