I took out my recycling to the big bin. And later I will take my composting container with my leftover vegetable scraps and coffee grounds with compostable coffee filters out to the garden waste container that goes to the county compost pile.

Around here, every day is Earth Day.

I’m recycling for my whole town, essentially a free sale so people can exchange items at my house.
Donate what you dont want, take what you do want. No cash exchanges. :)

@KNOWITALL Nice! I use Buy Nothing on facebook for my town. It is a very active group. People give away amazing things. Was there any item at your exchange that was shockingly generous?

Last night took recycle bin to street, film bags are going to supermarket Tuesday for recycle.

@JLeslie We had a cpap machine, tons of clothes with tags still on and brand new shoes. My garage is half full right now, and its lovely. We’ve added a pantry so people don’t have to ask. :)

I murdered some invasive species of plants in my yard today. Then took the Recycle bin out to the street.

Picked up roadside trash for a few hours. Managed 3 full garbage bags, cleaning about 1/8th of a mile.

We went hiking to see wildflowers the day before.
