Do search engines still ignore keyword meta tags?

Yes. The main (big) ones do, at least.

Good ones do. Meta keywords are useless because there’s absolutely nothing requiring them to have anything to do with the site’s actual content. They were created before web designers realized that people might (gasp) be dishonest and use the meta tag to lie about their content to improve their search engine rating. Once this became common place, Search Engines stopped using them.
