This is not a direct answer to the question but you might want to find another way to store reference information in the e-mail – when you forward it and store them that way it can get cumbersome to read and search through as you get a lot of them.
A potentially better way would be to use an easy web application called Backpack . It basically works like an online binder that lets you store little bits and pieces of information but allows for organizing into tabs, sections, and lists that’s all searchable. You can also search through all of your content.
It would work particularly well for you because Backpack can take e-mails directly – each Backpack page has an e-mail address so you can just forward the e-mails in question and they’re instantly loaded into Backpack.
It might sound weird/hard but if you take a look at the examples it’s very easy to ‘get’. Best of all the basic fully-usable account is free!
