@ Dog @LindaDT @cprevite @StellarAirman Guys, that’s exactly my point… but you are not answering my specific question: ” WHY is it always an answer”....
In other words… is it because most people are too entangled in work, finance, reputation, bills, expenses, calculation, insurance, distraction… that they seem to need to consider ‘family’ the only option considerable for attention in the eventuality of an emergency as such? Do you not spend enough quality time with them already, so to fear an eventual end of everything because you wouldn’t have had enough opportunity in life to do as you wished and felt..?
That’s what I’m asking, not what would you do..
thank you anyhow for your answers..
@cprevite Lol ..
Cheers to all…
I’ll answer my own question..
” I would take refuge with the few people I care for in our mountain shed… with all necessities, perhaps some books too, leave them there set off for the hunt for food, survivors, and to find out whether the world is truly ending or if exclusion could be an option for survival. If so.. I’ll do all I can organise a hunting party, a finding party and a safe and secure habitat to ‘start over’, ready to face any kind of danger, enjoying the silence the whole world offers (finally).
I wouldn’t concentrate drastically on the simple spending time with my loved ones, because I already do that in the present and always have. So there wouldn’t be any wasted or lost time to regret. Rather I’d focus on looking for ways to keep them alive in case of necessity and emergency.
