How do you work out?
Looking for a lazy person’s routine. Maybe 15 minutes a day, or 30 every other day. No muss, no fuss. No pain, no pain period.
No weights no ropes and no newfangled gadgets.
Just you and the elements.
Any ideas for me? (Swimming I know – looking for outdoor stuff).
