Yes. I believe you can load it to 2 computers at a time.
Once your friend loads it on their computer and gets on the internet, Adobe checks to see who’s running it with your serial number, and no one will be able to use it until one of you either uninstalls or gets off the internet or closes the program down (or all three).
It’s not about how many people are using it on the same network, but how many computers are running it, period (that Adobe is aware of). At least that was my experience. If you trust your friend and let him load it, and you can’t use it because of that reason, and your friend is willing to uninstall or not run it, you should be okay. If you don’t know if your friend will do as you request, I wouldn’t lend it to your friend, in case you are the one left not being able to use it.
