What does your constant craving reveal about your needs, and how do you resolve those unmet cravings?
My current constanst craving is rich, French-press coffee and clove cigarettes. I quit smoking almost six months ago. To me, it reveals a desire to have alone time and to not feel obligated to be accountable to anyone. I want to take care of myself, to be fully awake and present to my wants, needs, and desires. I want to pleasure myself instead of pleasing others. When I’m craving coffee and cloves, I know I need to get away for a private retreat. This is what my current constant craving reveals.
Because i’m determined not to smoke out of health reasons, I need to find other ways to pleasure my needs. Any suggestions?
What are your unmet needs, etc?
