Is there a formula to find the center (center of mass/centroid) of 3 dimensional objects?

I’m not in school FYI. As far as I can remember, any book I’ve ever had for math/physics had all the formulas in it, so that’s not something someone would ask..right?

Please let me know what it is, it’s ok if you want to wait X days (in case you still think this is a homework question)
