Here’s the thing, I’m thin even though I eat whatever I want, so I’m not awfully motivated to exercise. I’m blessed with a crazy metabolism that just burns extra calories into energy. My weight has been fairly constant my entire life.
That being said, I do feel guilty for not exercising from time to time. When I was a kid, I did dance and gymnastics to keep active. My friends and I erratically attended kickboxing classes for a few months. At college, I attended a weight lifting class regularly once a week, and walking around campus gives me a lot of exercise. Second semester, I did kickboxing instead. That faded out though once my workload increased and I didn’t have time to go to those classes.
I own a Wii fit at home, so I’m hoping that over this summer break I’ll use that more. I wouldn’t mind getting a bit more toned. I also will be working at a summer camp, and that keeps me plenty active.
