Hi, Aster….It’s actually St Joseph, the carpenter. People have been doing it for ages.
I don’t think its necessarily the statue…but it is a symbol for ones belief. In the end, it is the mind and staying positive that does it. If one is thinking that one will never sell the house and burying that “darn old thing” because Aunt Mabel swears it will work….it probably won’t work.
I think positive thinking, prayer and good feng shui and home staging helps, too….and just energetically…letting the house go.
I know…not to belittle the tremendous amount of effort it is taking these days for houses to sell. I suppose I would try everything. I’m like that. You never know what might work.
@Cruiser…Where do you live? That’s a lot of showings.
