@ubersiren Well, I didn’t say they were comparable: inspiration can come from many places. I’m curious, though, in what ways would you say they’re different?
@Aster, To me, a drama queen (along with what @chyna said) is someone who heightens the importance of the mundane & require the involvement of others for a resolution to their petty problems.
Yes, especially when the queen is a man. :) And not even gay (which would be a hell of a lot more fun and interesting to me.) This guy I know absolutely exhausts me.
Enough already! Do I have to hear you whine one more time?
My best friend is a huge drama queen. She’s just crazy, totally manic. I learn to just laugh at it and not let it suck me in. The dramatics can get tiresome, of course, but I just quietly wait for the spell to pass.
Definition of drama queen: Someone who turns something unimportant into a major deal. Someone who blows things way out of proportion when ever the chance is given.
So, would a man be a drama king? Or, male or female could be called a drama queen?
I think it’s a young womans ‘disease’ most of the time. lol
Now…IF the women in question is over, say….mmmmmm, 30…I think it’s likely to be a possible permanent condition and I would suggest a ‘Run Forest Run!’ approach. lolol
