To keep fit, I have some my own rule to keep fit.I am willing to share with you because I think my rules are effective.
1.Drinking water
In fact, we actually do not consume enough water daily. Water is extremely necessary for the body to regulate. Also, water can carry out our body functions and get rid of waste as well as bring more nutrients and oxygen through the body. You should try to eat at least 8 glasses of milk per day and drink one before meal.
2. Having enough sleep
Lack of sleep can lead to skin problem. Therefore,you should try to spend at least 8 hours sleeping.
3. Exercise Daily
Of course, we need to exercise daily. Not only just several times per week, but also per day. With 30 minutes per day of walking, running or swimming, you can totally keep fit successfully.
4. More fruits
Fruits are loaded with plethora of vitamins and essential minerals. You can fill your palate with these following nutritious fruits: Apricots, Avocado, Apple, Cantaloupe, , Kiwi, Guava, Grapefruit,Strawberries , Papaya, Watermelon
5.More vegetables
Resembling fruits, vegetables are essential for maintaining a healthy life . Experts highly recommend that individuals should get up to 9 servings of fruits/vegetables. I usually eat avocado and guava.
6. Avoid any sugar sweetened-beverages and smoking
