@janbb I’m not pushing for Caroline Kennedy, but I think if she did well during some debates they could possibly market her successfully. She was an ambassador, and she is a lawyer. She certainly is around politics a lot. Back in the day I felt like Hillary being in the White House as First Lady counted for something, because to me she seemed like an involved wife in the politics.
Like Trump said in the past, (I’m paraphrasing) “convincing the public Kerry was a war deserter and Bush was some sort of grand supporter of the military was really amazing to watch, the republicans do it better, the democrats need to get better if they want to win.” Something like that. This was way back when Kerry was running for president, of right after.
My point is if the marketing campaign is good, if the press likes you, and if you just catch on publicly, it seems you can win. It’s like Jesus. A bunch of men were mailed to crosses, for some reason he caught on.
I saw Cynthia Nixon is running for Governor of NY. I have no idea what her chances are. I don’t know how well she is doing in the polls.
