@RedDeerGuy1 Yes that too. I have a Japanese American friend who I go with discovering new eating spots in search of decent to really good ramen. He would tell me how a good Japanese noodle is made and what kind it is.
One of the spots we go to import their noodles from Japan. It seems to get better, even healthier noodle dish you go out and get it. But definitely more costly and time consuming.
Funny. I’m getting hungry now and there’s not much in the fridge so I’m eyeing one of these instant noodle cups in the cupboard. Lemme check the sodium…....( walks away , returns )...yeah, 1090 mg.
