What are some good uses for onions, shallots & garlic?
I have been making this Thai Red Curry Chicken from a recipe I stumbled upon. When I find a new entree which I like, I make it two or three more times to make it part of my small repertoire.
One thing I like about the recipe is all the alliums. I like chopping onions, shallots and garlic. Their pungency and bite and the eye-watering make it seem healthy and I love the tastes.
Do you have any allium-centric recipes?
