Wow! That’s beautiful! I read a number of reviews and they ranged from yes, if you pop it or make flour out of it, to inedible. So your guess is as good as mine. ¯\(ツ)/¯
Honestly I don`t see a difference aside from color, I think they taste the same. Then again I haven’t tried it in 3 years so take what I said with a grain of salt.
