I would put them in a cage with lions or tigers to be mauled not to death but to be injured just as bad as buddy the cat.

I don’t think I can really say what I think should happen to them here. But besides being charged with a felony they should never be allowed to own dogs again and their dogs should be taken away from them. They should also have to pay the medical cost of the treatment for the cat. It it cost is more than they can afford then they should have to sell their possessions to pay for it.

Well, whatever the law is on the books is what I’d endorse as penalty, that is assuming they’re found guilty first in a court of law. I’m a private citizen, so can’t make laws nor set punishment for breaking said laws.

I understand the way you feel, but I do not believe in retribution. They should be fined and pay for medical expenses for the cat. Maybe they could be forced to do community service work at an animal shelter.

I saw that, and it’s so disturbing. As far as community work at an animal shelter, no way! No one can be watched every time they’re with an animal, and those two have proved they’re monsters. If I remember right, from what I read, what they did was a, or several, felony/ies.
