Have you noticed any repetitive and strange cycles in your life?

“Great Question” (1points)

Do you experience periods in the year or on different time scales where the same kind of life situation or life experience presents itself? For example, this time of year for me December is filled with social contact, no matter what I do because otherwise I’d avoid it. And that comes with brief social turmoil and also online activity. Followed by a period of ease and life change. There is also the calamity period where I encounter danger and struggle round about august and then an isolation period.

Well, there is this one thing that seems to happen every month… but everyone says it’s normal.

I’m still researching it though. And if I find out it’s because of all the Red Bull I’m suing their asses.

Wish me luck.

No, not that I’ve noticed.

There was a period of time when people who I trusted started to show traits I would never accept from a stranger. One of them actually hurt me. There was another period of time when I tried to get help but my attempt to reach out was ignored and I was back at the problem. It got to the point where I stopped asking for help knowing it would lead to nowhere.

I am still dealing with the trauma of those incidents.

@Mimishu1995 Did it seem to all happen at the same time? Did it feel as if everyone you trusted suddenly saw you as an enemy or villain? And did it coincide with some change or upheaval in your own life? Do you think it also might have been a change in your perception and how you perceived them and what you started noticing?

@wearemiracles no, it’s not “everyone you trusted suddenly saw you as an enemy or villain”, it’s the other way around. I put trust in people and then they turned into someone I could no longer trust. I’m not aware of any changes besides that. And yes, I believe it was also because my perception and standards for right and wrong change and I started to be less tolerant of certain things.

@Mimishu1995 I experienced both. First everyone I knew turned on me. Meaning they way the presented themselves to me changed dramatically. Then as this went on I realized I could no longer trust anyone on Earth. I had one friend and even them I couldn’t trust an inch. Still can’t. And it wasn’t just in my perception because they were really sabotaging me like crazy and doing things hurt me while simultaneously completely abandoning me. Even now I have no one and don’t know what the future hold at all. It very nearly drove me crazy and it kinda did tbh. But I took the lessons out of it. For one I learned as well as I possibly could to trust my own perception first before anyone elses. And I started discovering a ton about people and their minds and behavior just by observing and listening to them. Realizing they were always untrustworthy to begin with and it’s just that that surfaced and came to light. I’m currently trying to understand forgiveness and practice it as I realize these things are not set in stone. We can bring out certain things in people, good and bad but the lessons seem to be often painful.

@wearemiracles I’m sorry for your experience. I don’t get to the point where I have no one, but it is still painful to know people you once trusted turned out to be like that. We are the same in that we are both still learning to forgive. It is really a long journey for us.
