Things that imitate other things, especially ones with advertisements about how low in this or that they are. Low fat ice-cream, energy drinks/bars, fake milks, low-fat yogurt, low-fat dried Alfredo sauce come to mind. Also, fruit loops, box mac, and frozen chicken nuggets have to be up there. Most of the bread out there is pretty shit too.
I don’t know but I try to buy things with no ingredient list other than items I know to be real food and safe. Pretty much, the list needs to contain foods rather than chemicals.
